The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin is responsible for providing the organizational, financial, and technical conditions necessary to publish the journal, and supports adherence to standards of research integrity and publication ethics.

The journal is not owned by members of the Editorial Team, the International Advisory Board, external technical partners, or entities providing services to the Publisher.

Academic and Editorial Management

Academic and editorial management of the journal is the responsibility of the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Team.

The Editor-in-Chief directs the work of the Editorial Office, is responsible for implementing editorial policy and the journal's scholarly development, and makes the final decisions on the acceptance or rejection of submitted texts.

Members of the Editorial Team conduct the initial assessment of manuscripts in their assigned areas, take part in selecting independent reviewers, oversee the review process, and present recommendations on editorial decisions to the Editor-in-Chief.

The International Advisory Board performs a consultative role and supports the development of the journal's profile, its internationalization, and the maintenance of high scholarly standards. It exercises no ownership or management functions.

Editorial Independence

Publication decisions are made on the basis of a text's scholarly merit, its fit with the journal's profile, compliance with ethical principles, and the outcome of the review process.
The Publisher respects the independence of editorial decisions. Financial, institutional, personal, or commercial factors may not influence the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript.
Where a conflict of interest involves the Editor-in-Chief, the matter is handled by an independent member of the Editorial Team designated by the Publisher. Complaints concerning the Editor-in-Chief's actions may be directed straight to the Publisher.

Wydawnictwo KUL supports the preparation of publications and the publishing process. It makes no substantive decisions concerning individual manuscripts.

Platform and Technical Support

The journal is published on the KUL Journals Platform – CzasKUL, which runs on Open Journal Systems (OJS).
KUL University Press is responsible for the infrastructure supporting the publishing, archiving, open access, and dissemination of the journal's content.
Technical support for the platform is provided by an external company. It is solely a technical service provider: it is neither the owner nor the publisher of the journal and takes no part in evaluating manuscripts, the review process, or editorial decisions.
