Abstract

In Apg 10, 38 lesen wir, daß Gott Jesus mit dem Heiligen Geist und mit Kraft gesalbt hat. Den Kontext berücksichtigend, wird es im Artikel gezeigt, daß die Taufe Jesu in Jordan – nach Lukas − eine Offenbarung seiner messianischen Mission war. Jesus war Messias, aber als Knecht Gottes und als Prophet. Während der Taufe in Jordan bekam Er die Salbung mit dem Heiligen Geist und mit Kraft, um machtvolle Taten, Wunder und Zeichen zu tun, durch die Gott Jesus beglaubigt hat. Am Ende wird die Beziehung zwischen dem Heiligen Geist und der Kraft analysiert und auch die Bedeutung dieser Gaben für die Mission von Jesu besprochen.
