Oczekiwanie moralne jako racja za podjęciem działania

Abstrakt
Artykuł skupia się na etycznych aspektach kreowania i spełniania oczekiwań moralnych dotyczących działań niebędących obowiązkami. Autor rozważa, czy sądy moralne dotyczące tych działań mogą przyjmować postać reguł moralnych, czy też mogą mieć wyłącznie szczegółowy i zależny od kontekstu charakter. W pierwszej części tekstu przedstawione zostały kluczowe elementy głównych teorii natury oczekiwań. W drugiej omawiane są generalistyczne i partykularystyczne argumenty w sporze o szczegółowość racji przemawiających za spełnianiem oczekiwań moralnych. W trzeciej ukazano stanowisko, zgodnie z którym oczekiwania moralne mogą stanowić odrębną rację skłaniającą do działania, o ile towarzyszy im wynikająca z nich bezradność.
