Abstract

The article briefly discusses the questions about language posed by Noam Chomsky and John Searle. This issue is discussed within the broad context of analytic philosophy; the author suggests that it is necessary to establish an appropriate (neuropsychological, social, abstract) ontological background for such a discussion to make sense. Additionally, the article mentions changes in the contemporary cognitive-analytic paradigm.
