PEER REVIEW PROCESS

We do not charge for publication in our journal.

  1. The editorial board assesses an article submitted for consideration for publication in Recent Trends in Management to determine whether scientific and formal requirements are met. If the opinion is positive, the article proceeds to further review stages.
  2. The paper is sent to two independent reviewers holding at least a habilitation degree (or working at least as an associate professor in the case of foreign reviewers).
  3. Reviewers provide their evaluation of a manuscript in a narrative form. A review report includes 'comments for editors' and 'comments for authors'.
  4. The manuscript is returned to the authors for revision if recommended by reviewers. After revisions, the article is again assessed by independent reviewers or editorial board members.
  5. When submitting a revised manuscript, the authors simultaneously submit a response to the review, addressing all the reviewers' comments.
  6. After a second review (if required), the article is intended for publication or rejected.
  7. Before the review process begins, information that may indicate the author's identity is removed from the article.
  8. The list of reviewers collaborating with the journal is updated once a year.
  9. Decisions made by the Editor-in-Chief (editorial committee) are final.
