A presbyter as diocesan administrator and the sacrament of confirmation

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to present the issue of a diocesan administrator as a minister of the sacrament of confirmation. The first section of the study outlines the right of a worshipper to receive the sacrament of confirmation. The second section presents the issue of the minister of the sacrament of confirmation, while the third section is devoted to answering the question: Is the diocesan administrator, ex ipso iure, obliged and entitled to administer the sacrament of confirmation? The conclusions are included in the summary at the end of the undertaken considerations.
