Based on the decision of the Faculty Council at the Off-Campus Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences at John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in Stalowa Wola Przegląd Prawno-Ekonomiczny ('Review of Law, Business & Economics' in English) was founded on 21st of May 2007. Since October 2019 the Editorial Team operates in Lublin, within the Institute of Economics and Finance at John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.
Przegląd Prawno-Ekonomiczny quarterly publishes theoretical and practical academic research in law, economics, finance, and management. The Journal provides a platform to discuss current problems in these fields, both for Polish and international researchers. The Editorial Team accepts original articles both in English and Polish that present thorough scientific research and respect ethical standards. Publishing work in Przegląd Prawno-Ekonomiczny is free of charge. Submissions are admitted on a continuous basis.

Publication of archive issues of the journal "Przegląd Prawno-Ekonomiczny"

We are pleased to announce that we are starting to publish the archival issues of the journal Przegląd Prawno-Ekonomiczny, previously published only in printed form.
Due to the clarification of copyright issues, we will provide access to full-text versions at the initial stage only for some of the publications included in pre-2019 issues of Przegląd Prawno-Ekonomiczny. This resource will be gradually expanded as we obtain licences from authors to publish more texts in this form.
The publication of the archival issues aims to present you with the full scientific output of the journal in an open access format. As the contents of the archive issues will be published in their original version, due to changing guidelines from the Editorial Board, older texts may have limited metadata and English translations. We hope that you will be able to view the development of our journal over the years.
