Turnover of agricultural property – assessment of legislative changes

The article presents the impact of changes in agricultural real estate in force from 30 April 2016. The subject of evaluation is the functioning of this change in the context of the entities that can acquire agricultural property. In addition, a correlation of the changes for distribution of agricultural property and it’s further disposing has been analyzed - showing the same kind of loophole in the implementation of what was to meet the amendment to the Act.
