Abstract
The article is about causes of employees’ resistance and methods of preventing this situation. Cooperation and right communication can be a rescue. Employees are not informed about necessary, method or result of a change implementing. Cooperation between management and employees is often made in a wrong way. In many situations, solutions are simple, and we can find it in manager behaviour. In Poland, all the time we have old communication scheme. On the second hand, managers treat employees like a tool, not a partner on the way to success. To make changes successful, it is needed to change treatment of employees and change corporate culture or even create a new one.
