Abstract
Article: „Issues of the supervision and the control with reference to the social welfare” is bringing up issues of subjects who are obliged to conduct the supervision and the control with reference to the social welfare. Apart from above, it also concerns the issue of the procedure of recalled test activities. Taken issues seem justified on account of the constantly increasing number of people using benefits of the welfare.
