Trans-Boundary Cooperation of Ukraine Regions Theoretically-practical Aspects of the Development

The governmental regional policy should take into consideration aspects connected with Euroregional tendencies because of willingness of joining EU expressed by Ukraine. Especially important aspects concerns transboundary cooperation, that is, the policy of trans-boundary regions – meaning territory of at least two countries. The cooperation means all activity connected with strengthening and deepening of neighborly re lations between territorial communities and regions’ authorities. The experience in creating and activity of Euroregions in the Western Europe shows that there is necessary participants’ interests harmonization and governmental activity of creating favorable field of cooperation to achieve proper level of cooperation.
