The policies and mode of cooperation of administration organs when making administrative decisions
Abstract
The article shows the problem of cooperation of administrative organs when making decisions. In the process of cooperation take part at least two organs, one of which is adjudicating an individual case as an administrative decision. The cooperating organ plays a role in making ruling. The power of influencing on legal proceeding being conducted by the organ making administrative decision is different. The most developed is interference of the cooperative organ into the liberty of the organ, conducing the basic legal proceeding in the case of requirement of getting acceptance or cooperation. The least binding is making an opinion.
