Abstract

The author subjected the analysis to the notion of equivalent canonization. It deadline the canonization the moral perfection - was defined was as official acknowledgement through Apostolic Capital of holiness of life concrete human per­ son with right of achievement by her in heroic degree or the devotion his lives for Christ, depending on acknowledgement her by pope for stately person of public cult in general Church and inscription to catalogue of saints. The canonization concerns the life of moral Church, saint he is worshipped not only, as this, who with whole certainty be saved, but also, as stately the imitation of the example of Christian life (the ecclesial value of canonization process). Attention was turned on the complexity of these problems. It was underlined, that the equivalence of canonization treats, firstly to minor element - to special procedure or external ceremonies. In equivalent canonization, pope does not use ordinary canonization formula, in which is essential element formal and solemn declaring holiness blessed and registration to catalogue of saints. It was talked over legal problems of canonization of blessed Wincenty Kadłubek and blessed Czesław. Problems this, in present text sketched, demands development end deepening in erudite studies, led according to new, broadened investigative questionnaire.
