Protection of personal goods of legal persons

The author in her paper will mention the protective problem of personal goods of legal persons. The work contains issues concerning the model catalogue of personal goods of legal persons. Mainly however drawn up a protec- tion of these goods remained, premises of the protection were presented, criteria of violating personal goods, and then model agents of the protection of the law of the company, and the protection predicted in other regulations. The work is ending with short summing up depicted earlier issues.
