Abstract
A market economy is based on two fundamental principles of economic freedom and of privet property. Freedom in making economic decisions on the one hand and on the other bearing the full financial consequences of owner is to ensure the best use of economic resources and to adapt production to consumer needs. World struggle with huge economic crisis.
