Exclusion of parcels from agricultural and forestry production

The article concerns the exclusion of parcels from agricultural and forestry production. In Poland, it’s a current problem, because of the lack of land for investments. This in turn leads to high land prices, which cause the increase in investment costs. On the other hand, it seeks to shorten the procedures, because they are too long and cause discouragement on the part of investors.
