Article is devoted functioning of market rural land in Poland. There is important and curious theme from the point of view specificity of market estate, especially segment of rural ground. In elaboration of turn rural land in Poland and make analysis price of rural polish ground from the point of view clases of soil with distribution on provinces. From research result, that prices of rural lands have grown in Poland from moment of accession Poland to UE, as well as from year to year interest grows rural land as good investment capital.
