Co-creation in copyright and the method of its identification – analysis of courts’ decisions

Abstract
The article focuses on some legal problems concerning the interpretation of provisions on creation in the copy right law. The author presents relevant legal regulations and different opinions in the area of interpretation of this issue. The analysis of legal regulations is based on courts’ rulings which lend meaning to the term “co-creation”. The article discusses a number of chosen courts’ rulings which form the method of determining prerequisite elements of co-operation. The analysis carried out by author provides evidence that this issue is very problematic and worth further research.
