In this article the author examines the new regulations of the Code of Administrative Procedure in the field of electronic document, which came into force on 17 June 2010 by Amending Act of the Computerization of the Activities of Public Service Act and Some Other Laws of 12 February 2010. The Author focuses on inconsistencies in the concept of the document itself, as well as an electronic document in the Polish law. Apart from changes in the amendment of the Code of Administrative Procedure, the author presents the principles of operation of the platform ePUAP.
