The article presents several methods of dynamic analysis and forecasting of economic phenomena on the example of the price and the number of completed flats in Poland in the years 1999 - 2009. In particular, a thorough analysis of time series based on the analysis of indexes and econometric methods. The results of the analysis are the several conclusions and regularities. Price was increasing with the exception of the years 2002 and 2003, and that the number of properties was increasing on average by 6.9%. It has been proven that there are no seasonal fluctuations of price per square meter of housing, there are seasonal fluctuations of the total number of completed flats - a great increase in the number of completed flats in the fourth quarter.
