Liberty of parents to ensure the religious and moral education of their children in conformity with their own convictions

In accordance with the international and Polish laws the rights of parents to the raising and religious education of their children include: a) the right to organise the family life, b) the right to provide the child with a free access to the religious truths, c) the right to a free choice of a school, d)the right to a religious education at school. The author of the paper proves that the above parental rights are guaranteed by the Polish legal system.
