Liability for maintaining order of employees and contemporary labor relations

The purpose of writing this article is to look at the concept of liability for maintaining order of employees contained in the Act of 26 06th 1974 (Journal of Laws of 1974 No. 24, item. 141, with amendments.) and the changes taking place throughout the years. These regulations allow employers’ to use only those penalties for breach of order which are provided by the Labour Code, and only in the event of specific circumstances defined by the Code. Its continuing maintenance in the labor law (in the market economy) is supported by traditional values attributed to the prevention and education. The author is aware that the article does not include all the issues in a comprehensive manner, and some of the issues are only signaled. Since the author’s intention was to draw attention to the nature of the employee’s liability for maintaining order, rather than a detailed discussion of the issues.
