Transmission easement in polish law after the second world war period

The article is devoted to the analysis of the Polish law with regard to the institution of a transmission easement since the year 1946 till nowadays. It should be noted that the institution of a transmission easement has been introduced into Polish Civil Code in the Act of 30 May 2008 amending the Civil Code. The aim of the above was to regulate the state of the facilities founded on the people’s land. In the second chapter, relevant regulations and the interdependencies between them have been presented. In the third part, the author has focused on the analysis of the establishing a transmission easement. In the SUMMARY, the conclusions concerning the current and new-projected regulations have been presented.
