The impact of separation on family and social situation of the spouses is an article which takes up issues related to relationships that arise between spouses as a result of the occurrence of separation between them. Separation is not born identical consequences as a judgment of divorce. It is associated primarily with the collapse of married life, which unlike the divorce is characteristic of completeness, but does not have the characteristics of sustainability. Therefore, the spouses should serve each other with mutual assistance and support especially in the area of family, jointly founded. The article also discussed was the matter related to the principle of marital fidelity. The second problem associated with marital separation concerns its impact on children in common. The impact of parental separation on children has been shown by the criterion of age. Depending on the age of the child, his parents look at the solution takes on a different form.
