Abstract

By alternative dispute resolution addressing extrajudicial understand litigation Conciliation way to resolve conflicts based on the idea of striving for a compromise agreement and find out the situation at issue. One of extrajudicial forms of conflict is mediation. While in Poland, the development of mediation is slow it should be noted the growing popularity and stressed that to solve civil disputes it is a valuable addition to traditional litigation.
