The influence of withdrawn car recycling chains on the natural environment

The article evaluates the influence of withdrawn car recycling chains on the natural environment. The results of the research show that the more withdrawn cars are recycled in an official chain, the less influence they have on the natural environment degradation in respect of analysed effect categories (the influence on human health, the influence on the ecosystem and on the decrease of natural resources). That is why a major aspect of proper functioning and development of the chains is to eliminate all business activities outside the official system (elimination of dismantling in the “grey zone”). They have a negative impact on the profitability of regular chains and they result in the degradation of the natural environment.
