Violating personal rights in the advertisement

The article concerns issues associated with violating personal rights in the advertisement. In the introduction definitions of notions, having the primary importance for the elaborated topic are included. Next based on the legislation, views of doctrine and achievements of the judicature, characteristics of the most frequent infringements are described. In the end of the article, principles of the civil liability are discussed.
