Police duties in case of confirming violence in a family within the „Blue Card” procedure

In the article, there were presented duties which lie on the police officers based on the bindinglaw regulations in case of obtaining the information of the occurence of violence in a family. It was explained what the "Blue Card” procedure is about and it was pointed to the law regulation on the basis of which it is applied. It was specified in what cases police officers are obliged to apply the „Blue Card” procedure, what documentation connected with it needs to be done and what is the order of the performed actions. Actions, which need to be conducted after starting the procedure till its formal end, were described.
