Religious foundations in the Canon Law

The issue of pious foundations in the world today takes on great importance. Both civil law and canon law, give specific arrangements for the creation, protection of property, determining the statute and the fulfillment of the obligations arising from the pious foundations. The development relates to the provisions of canon law and secular on the pious foundations and bequests. In the article the presented following problems remained: comprehending a religious foundation; entities able to establish a church foundation; foundation act; articles of association of the foundation; supervision of the church foundation; standing still of the foundation.
