Collection clause - method for shorten inheritance proceeding

This article concerns general problems, the subject as well as the essence of the collection clause. Moreover, the author considers signification of this institution for Polish law of inheritance. This provision extends the possibility of testing since person who write the testament is able to preordain in the testament. Remaining in the form of notarial deed, the testament is composed of parts of inheritance for particular persons. To conclude, provision receiver inherits only after the opening of the testament and due to this fact he is able to avoid long legal proceedings.
