Interference construction supervision authorities in the monuments of historical ruins type

Abstract
This study is an attempt to determine the extent of possible interference with the supervisory authorities in the state building monuments in the form of ruins. The legislature requiring construction supervision authorities a duty to ensure compliance with regulations on the proper maintenance and use of buildings, equipped these bodies in the instruments to influence the state of the property. The main and most important premise, they should be guided by the construction supervision authorities, in respect of all the objects counted to the sights is a matter of public safety.
