The role and position of Manager in the enterprise

The paper discusses the basic functioning Manager in the company. Listed and discussed his position in the social hierarchy. On the basis of active it was created portrait of Polish Manager. More than we discussed his high salary, which introduces significant social inequalities. Then presented the powers of good manager, which entered into force accelerate the achievement of corporate objectives. Their detailed analysis defines the role of manager and guidance to work effectively. According to the company’s success largely depends on the manager who must dispose of the company so to ensure the existence and the company itself, but can not forget about the workers who are the executors of his ideas and it is also much depends on them. The manager should keep in mind that the company based on knowledge, human capital has a greater chance of development and survival, because the knowledge and skills of workers is not able to destroy even the economic crisis. Therefore, investment in human resources is a long-term investment.
