Political and structural role of procuracy after II World War in the Act of the Procuracy of the Polish Republic of 20 July 1950

Over the years procuracy was at the different level addicted from authorities. At the times Polish People’s Republic procuracy served as a political weapon. The Act of the Procuracy of the Polish Republic of 20 July 1950 applied 17 years. After II World War procuracy have changed in organization and structure because the polity, which was Polish People’s Republic, where political procuracy was useful tool, which have used to fight with all forms of citizen’s dissatisfaction from authorities.
