The militarization of the service relationship

In the event of mobilization, during the war and while introducing a state of emergency on the whole Polish territory the Polish Council of Ministers may impose militarization on organizational units that perform tasks important for defense and security, as well as organizational units specifically created to perform such tasks. These specific duties are carried out within the framework of the militarization of the service relationship that arises from the legal regulation on the day of appointment to serve in the militarized unit.
