AI TOOLS USE POLICY

The use of assistive AI tools is permitted solely for the purposes of:

- checking spelling, grammar, and style;
- assisting in information research;
- translation and language correction.

The use of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) tools for text preparation is prohibited. If, for important and justified reasons, they were used to create images/graphics or to collect and analyze data, this should always be done under the supervision and control of the authors. Authors should carefully check the content generated using such tools and take full responsibility for it.

When submitting a manuscript, authors are required to disclose and describe the extent of their use of AI tools. The exact name and version of the tool used must be provided, along with a detailed description of how it was used. This information should be included in the message to the editor when submitting the manuscript.

Reviewers appointed to evaluate the work are fully responsible for the content of the review and should not use generative artificial intelligence tools when evaluating the texts submitted to them for review.
