Abstract
The title of the article reads as follows, “Principles of functioning of law studies at universities in 1918-1939 years”. In order to work out, describing changes happening in the educational system of the law is advanced in years 1918-1939. In particular expressed issues of principles will stay, according to which in the II Republic of Poland university legal departments functioned with. The problem seems as interesting after numerous discussions in academic members came off to work out one shared, novel project to teach law. In the process imposed by force, possessive programs were rejected. For teaching law acts were essential from 1920 and 1933 and legal document in the matter of the organization of the legal college at state universities. The recalled legal document given in 1920 to the yr survived all the way to the outbreak of the Second World War.
