The catalog of human rights as a source of social order in Primate’s Wyszyński teaching

Abstract

This article refers to Primate’s Wyszyński teaching concerning the human rights. It shows the catalog of inalienable rights, which are for every human the condition for personal progress. I mean in particular the right to life, the right to liberty, the right to truth and the right to justice. In Primate Wyszyński’s opinion, implementation the most important human rights, coming from human nature, brings respect for human being and for community. Only in this way the mankind can achieve the social order.
