World’s Constitution of the Child’s Rights

In this article the author intended to depict the origin of establishing the Convention on the Rights of the Child, as well as bring closer its goals and principles. The intention of establishing this legal act by the General Assembly of the United Nations was not to show the child only as the property of the parents or the legal guardians but also to show the youngest generation as the subject of certain rights, regardless of citizenship, color of skin, race, language, religion or membership in any cultural group. As the prescriptive act of international importance, the Convention on the Rights of the Child is in fact “World’s Constitution of the Child’s Rights” so it should be known to every person due to the fact that children constitute third part of human beings inhabiting the Earth.
