Model management strategies of local government units in terms of knowledge management in networks, communications and information technology community
Abstract
Research level of participation and communication in local government units in the perspective of the quality of public service has shown the need to develop a model strategy for the development and management in local government. Shaping the development of competent communities promotes the development of entrepreneurship in the local environment and enhances competitiveness. The model strategy presents a number of factors and processes necessary to take into account during its formulation. Shaping and building social capital development as it creates a system of civil socjety which contribute to the individual decisions of municipal councils determines the development of the region.
