Parental Responsibility and Children’s Rights

This article presents the specifics of parental responsibility carried out by both or one parent and the description of child’s rights. The author discusses the most significant elements of parental responsibility and their influence, namely custody of the child, custody of child’s property, statutory presentation of the child, and child’s upbringing. In the article, much of attention was focused on the rights and responsibilities of parents exercising their authority over a child in relations to the child’s rights. Apart from that an analysis of crucial legal regulations was performer in this area of study.
