An exploratory principal purpose of the objective article is the definition of the status of the legal medical rescuer , his tasks and competences and also presenting of the system of the medical rescue in entire safety systems of the wholesome state. Thereby is undertaken concreto and the at the same time essential analysis of the status of the legal medical rescue. With the fruit of undertaken considerations to the state dogmatically -the legal and scientific characteristics of the medical rescue in Poland.
