The Author grants the Publisher a non-exclusive and free license to use the work in the fields of exploitation specified in the license agreement.

The Author declares, when submitting the text for publication in the “Review of European and Comparative Law”, that the work is an original work and does not infringe the rights of third parties.

The Author is obligated to accept the terms of the → license agreement.

The Publisher provides the work in the Open Access formula under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license available at https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.en or another free license.

The Author has the right to share and distribute their work on any medium and in any format (e.g. through their own websites, institutional websites and repositories, including commercial and academic social networking sites) immediately after the publication of the work.

The Author, when sharing/distributing the work, should clearly indicate “Review of European and Comparative Law” and the KUL Publishing House as the original/primary place of publication and correctly provide citation details, including the URL of the published text.

The Editorial Office recommends the Authors to share and distribute the work in the final published version. This ensures that the final version of the work will be easily accessible to people using databases (collections), and that it will be properly cited.
